To insure that the music goes as smoothly as possible we will need to have this information 1 month before the wedding. Please call if you need to discuss the music with us in order to make your decisions.

Number of People in Pre-bridal processional (parents, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls etc.)
Bridal Processional music choice
Interlude - a place in the ceremony where you want a little music. Please describe when this will take place and who are the persons involved and what music is to be played.)
Recessional: (What will happen or what will be said to indicate that the ceremony is concluded and the recessional will begin )
Cocktail Hour: You may leave this to our discretion or give us special requests.
Name of Wedding Coordinator (IMPORTANT! If there is no wedding coordinator, please designate a person that will take the responsibility to que the musicians during the ceremony. This person will need to meet with the musicians 15 minutes before the ceremony is to begin.
